About Us:
Walnut Care At Home, is a family run home care service in Lincolnshire providing the care and support needed for older people, in the community and in their Homes.
About the Role:
Our Home care workers make a real difference to the community and help people stay comfortable in their own Homes.
You will be providing personal care in the community, supporting and encouraging people to live well and where possible take an active part in their community
As a support worker you will support your group of service users, including working with our NHS colleagues both in the community and in hospital.
Hours are flexible, full or part time that work around you. You can work mornings, evenings or weekends with a minimum of 20 hour per week.
